Get what you want, and return what you don’t. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, or exchange it for merchandise credit within 60 days. Online purchases receive an additional 7 days to make a return.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags attached, and hygienic liners in place for swimsuits and underwear.
Items purchased online are eligible for return only after the full order has shipped.
Returns may be declined if there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
With the original proof of purchase or gift receipt, merchandise purchased online or in stores between Oct. 24 – Dec. 31, 2024 may be returned through Jan. 15, 2025, or within 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later.
In-Store Returns
Returns and exchanges can be made in any of our participating retail locations, whether the purchase was made online or in-store. Returns are fast and free.
Refund options include:
- Exchange your item(s) for any item(s) of equal or lesser value. Without proof of purchase, exchanges may be limited to size adjustments.
- Full refund to the original payment method used at purchase, with proof of purchase required (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or email).
- Merchandise credit in the form of a store return card.
Online Returns
If you received your items by mail, returning them is simple. Use our online return portal to print a prepaid shipping label or receive a digital label for USPS drop-off. Standard return shipping is $5, though it may be waived for certain membership tiers or select merchandise categories such as bras, bralettes, swimsuits, and third-party footwear.
Note: Items purchased in physical stores cannot be returned via mail and must be returned in store.
Refund options include:
- Instant credit via e-gift card sent upon initiation of the return (available to members of our loyalty program).
- Full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and processed.
- Merchandise credit issued as a store return card.
